My experience as a content writer

Content writing is a form of writing or a process of writing, planning, and editing web content, typically for digital marketing purposes. This means creating the writing which appears on websites that are designed to sell or promote a specific product. As content writers, we play an essential role in search engine optimization, which drives web traffic and sales, and we are responsible for explaining topics clearly and understandably.

I must say content writing is a broad skill and I know many of us are curious to know some other types of content writing, they are;

· Ghostwriting: A ghostwriter is a chameleon, so skilled at their writing craft that they shapeshift into the dedicated voice that belongs to both brands and people. they develop content and it is being published by someone else. One has to make the necessary research and put it in a creative way that is appealing to the prospects and the brand without being recognized for it.

My Experience as a content writer has been a great journey and learning from others along the way has been awesome. Making a living of this skill hasn’t been easy but it’s a great experience. I tried learning this skill to help with my digital marketing to help communicate with readers. Being a content writer can help one in several areas, for example, a social media manager.

Yeah, a job as a social media manager can be so fun because you get to relate with others, now this is a form of networking. Networking is the act of growing your online presence and listen to people. in a way, you’re getting feedback and see if it’s a problem, you get to propose a solution. This is why I enjoy being a content writer as well as a digital marketer. If you’re considering being a content writer, it’s a good deal, and be consistent to be the best. It’s not easy though. Take courses, ask questions, make research, and most importantly, keep writing and I can bet it with you, you’ll make a living and killing of it.
